at least it works. haven't checked all ports, but ssd was connected, keyboard plugged, data transferring fast. dunno why I choose darker color , but it doesn't change anything. parcel, quality of item, look all looking solid. feedback by first impression

I was buy 11.11 and It came 1 month later. Every usb port is work good (just haven’t tried sd card slot) . BUT ! My ssd is samsung evo 860, it was not at their maximum value. Normally it was supposed to be 500 and above, but I could get the values in the photo. This is ok for me, the device works well enough and does what it has to do. If Apple had produced this product, it would have been 5 times the price. looks beautiful and the color is also good, I don't understand what's wrong with those who say incompatible color, did you buy this device for the color?

The product case is made of high quality materials. It looks like metal case. Overall the device is working well. There was only 1 small problem - any SATA drives were not recognized by any OS (MacOS and Windows). I tried to connect the hub to Mac mini (2011) and Windows machines but none of them detected the SATA drive. I also tried to use different types of USB3 (blue) to Type-C adapters with no luck. Probably the hub requires “pure” USB3 connection via included Type-C cable. All other ports (USB 2.0, USB 3.0, SD and MicroSD) work well. The seller agreed to refund part of my money due to malfunctioning SATA feature. I hope it will work with Mac Mini M1 version (with native Type-C ports). I recommend the product and the seller. But before purchasing this device I would recommend to make sure it’s compatible with your hardware. Also I recommend to put your Mac mini under the hub :-) See my photos

Great product, works just as described! It fits perfectly in size and colour with my 2020 M1 Mac Mini. Only one problem I had is that the item has taken extremely long to arrive, with tracking info sometimes disappearing for a week, which is quite unusual for a product of a bit higher value
